2008 November > Launch Party of Sean Costello's New Novel

A substantial crowd gathered recently for the launch party of Sudbury author Sean Costello’s new novel, Here After. Held at the Jubilee Hall, supporters had the opportunity to meet Sean and artist Amy Bradley (artist for novel’s front cover) and have their books personally signed. Sean’s sixth novel, which was published locally by Your Scrivener Press, is a paranormal thriller that is will keep you in suspense. While doing research work for his book, Sean had one of those What if…? moments that writers so often rely on. He had noticed a Child Find poster on a bulletin board and wondered what it must be like for a family to experience something like this. It is with a moment like this that he has decided to donate all proceeds to this very important and sometimes overlooked fundraising campaign. Also special to Sean on this evening was the performance of his son Steven's rock band, Stray Bullet. The new novel can be purchased in Chapters, Coles, Shoppers Drug Marts and Your Independent Grocers, from Sault Ste. Marie to North Bay.
